    Q1. What are your opening and closing times?
    We open at 10am and close at 10pm.
    Q2. Where is your parking?

    You can park in the Harvey Centre or Water Gardens.

    Q3. Where are you located?

    We are located next to the Harlow Library.

    Q4. How much is the deposit for the conference rooms?

    The deposit is £100, which is non-refundable.

    Q5. Can I change my booking?

    The date is amendable but the deposit is non-refundable.

    Q6. Is there an age limit for the Axe Throwing?

    Yes, you have to be 21 and over. 

    Q7. COVID Guidlines

    With the current rules, we are following the government's current restrictions. Bookings can be made with up to groups of 6 (1 household). Face masks are to be worn unless exempt and hand sanitiser stations are located around the centre. All staff and customers are to follow social distancing rules.
